    Wheel Wednesday

Finally had a day off work and it was spent putting in work on cars. Shavi met up with me early in the morning because we both had to go to Rotiform. I was going to be dropping off my Junction Produce Scaras to get the faces milled down to fit an aftermarket lip and Shavi was going to order some Air Lift products through Jason.

    054

Weird seeing this car more often now, Shavi’s MS3 use to be the rarest unicorn.

    051

As soon as we reach Rotiform, Orbit was there to greet us.

    048

You can always expect some cool rides over at the Rotiform parking lot like Brian’s S4 on Rotiform INDs.

    052

Rotiform INDs look perfect on any big body cars.

    045

Right next to the S4 is Jason’s Mercedes CLS 55 AMG on their new Rotiform WRW.

    049

    Very cool design by Rotiform.

    113

After our trip to Rotiform, I drove by the Boss Company garage to see what they were up to. 141

Jimmy was taking out his Work VS Mesh face and replacing it with a Work Equip face.

    111

Adam had Vinh’s S13 in the garage for a full detail job.

    104

Kevin and Vinh were working on putting in some KW suspension for Kevin’s S2000.

    143

    So many parts laying around..

    126

In the midst of it, an ice cream truck was chased down by three grown ass adults.

    130

    I regret nothing.

    117

    Adam’s lipless Subie.

    115

For the past month, while I wait for my Scara’s to be rebuilt, Vinh has been kind enough to let me rock his Weds Bazerias. 20’s don’t look too bad on my car, but it only fits my rears.

    154

    Installing the Mugen front lip.

    152

    That mirror finish..

    139

Adam made it look like it just came fresh out of the paint shop.

    157

You can see the details of Vinh’s shelf through his paint. If anyone needs a detail job from Adam you can contact him at Adametayeb@gmail.com.

    132

Thanks to JDM Chemicals for their awesome products!

    155

I love bokeh even if there isn’t a subject to focus on.

    160

    Jimmy’s final product.

  • A Weekend in Sin City

    A Weekend in Sin City

It was that time of the year again where Royal Origin invades Las Vegas to have our 3rd annual meet and greet in the city of sin. As the years passed, nothing has changed for the most part. We do it to have fun with our friends and family, and love making new friends with each passing year.

Some of you might know this by now, but I recently went Universal Air bags over BC Racing coilovers with Accuair analog management. Thanks to Bag Riders and Unlimited Auto Craft for helping me get it all together. Because of this, I was constantly working on getting everything fine tuned and safe to make the journey to Las Vegas. In the end, I made it to the meet with only one hour left before the meet ended. Regardless, I was happy to see everyone who made it out.

The top two pictures you see above is my car aired up at 80 PSI, which is also my drive height. Here I am cruising to Red Rock Canyon, which is in the North-West corner of Las Vegas.

With Red Rock Canyon as our back drop we have Chivas’ Civic, Ashton’s IS350, Neel’s Accord, Alex’s E36, and my Mazdaspeed 3.

My car aired out on 18×10 +25 Cosmis Racing MR7, which were powder coated Gloss White.

Overall I am super satisfied with the Cosmis Racing MR7. The concave is extremely aggressive, and the wheels feel a bit lighter than most cast wheels these days.

You can see more of my build items over at MazdaFitment.com.

Gassed up and ready for some Las Vegas night shots with Goco Photography. Look out for more LV weekend coverage.

    Thanks

  • Video Timeline 2012

I recently decided to compile all my footage from 2012 into a timeline video. While I was doing this, I thought it was cool that I took the time and effort to create a video nearly every month of the year. Great way to learn from my mistakes and improve; at least I hope I am improving. In the end, I do this for fun as an additional hobby to my obsession with cars. I hope you guys enjoy a look into my 2012.

  • Garage Highlights

    Garage Highlights

The past few days, I have been working on my car trying to get it finished.  Here are some highlights from working in the garage.

Pulling out of my little garage spot and getting into a larger area, ready to put in work.

It’s always satisfying to have that space to yourself, where you can focus and get your hands dirty, fixing and tuning everything until it’s just right. The garage becomes a sanctuary of sorts, where all the tools are within reach, and the satisfaction of a job well done is just a few steps away.

If you’re spending a lot of time in your garage, having a reliable garage door is essential for convenience and security. Whether you’re renovating your workspace or just upgrading your home, professional garage door installation and repair services can make all the difference. For a more refined look, incorporating finishes like Calacatta marble in adjacent entryways or countertops can add a luxurious touch to the overall design. Complementing the space with outdoor mats that last can also help maintain cleanliness and durability around high-traffic entry points.

A smooth-operating garage door ensures easy access, protecting your vehicles and belongings while giving your space a clean, polished look. For those in need of top-notch garage door services, All Star in Utah is a trusted name that delivers expert installation and repair solutions.

With their experience and dedication to quality, All Star ensures that your garage doors are both functional and durable, making your work in the garage that much easier.

As garages evolve, so do the technologies that make them more efficient. Electric garages are a game-changer, offering modern convenience and enhanced functionality.

If you’re looking to upgrade to an electric garage door, Cocheras Electricas En Torreon is a great choice for those seeking quality and efficiency. These electric systems provide smooth, reliable operation at the touch of a button, allowing you to spend less time worrying about manual labor and more time focusing on your projects.

With advanced security features and the ability to automate your garage door, you’ll have peace of mind knowing your space is both accessible and secure.

Upgrading to a garage door is just the beginning when it comes to enhancing the functionality of your space. To truly optimize your garage, you’ll want a reliable opener installation that ensures smooth, efficient operation.

This is where D&L Garage Doors comes in. With their expertise in opener installation, they can help you choose the right system that suits your specific needs.

Whether it’s a quiet and powerful opener for a residential garage or a more robust system for commercial use, their team ensures top-tier installation and performance.

If you are lowered to the point like me where your stock jack and low-pro jack do not fit under your car, you probably know about the drive-over-wood routine to get that extra clearance.

  • Royal Origin Summer

    Royal Origin Summer

School is out and summer is here, so we got our short shorts, rounded up the homies, and went to the park for a BBQ. David, being as generous as he is, planned the event and bought all the food for us. He grilled some delicious burgers and Korean BBQ for us. We had a good time and there were good vibes. Some of us got friendly rounds of basketball in and even played tag. We haven’t seen each other as often as before because of our busy lives, so it was nice that everyone came out. A meet up with Royal Origin also means a car meet, so the parking lot at the park looked like a full blown car meet.
    Here is Jimmy’s fresh-to-death Civic…

Charles took out the Q45 for a tan along with Nick’s SC400. Nick’s SC was lowered the next day, so watch out for that! Should look sick.

  • Unusual Underground

    Unusual Underground

Welcome to the GG Underground, a place for Royal Origin and friends to go to when we want to relax after enjoying a day with each other, and just want to shoot some cars to end the night. We met up with Chris Foreman and his friends from Ladera Ranch, and Jomar and Josh from Temecula/Murrieta at our favorite place, Tastea, before heading to our late night spot. Check out my video below and our pictures from that night.

CRZ surprisingly had enough room in the trunk for two people to play cards in it.
