Welcome to the GG Underground, a place for Royal Origin and friends to go to when we want to relax after enjoying a day with each other, and just want to shoot some cars to end the night. We met up with Chris Foreman and his friends from Ladera Ranch, and Jomar and Josh from Temecula/Murrieta at our favorite place, Tastea, before heading to our late night spot. Check out my video below and our pictures from that night.

Keith Cheng aka Keychain here, and this is my first post ever on Royal Origin. I am usually blogging and taking pictures for It’s JDM Yo, but I am here to share with you our Las Vegas adventure through Jeff and my eyes.

This past weekend, Jeff aka “King Kumo” hit Nimo, Vu, and I up, saying that he wanted to come kick it in our area (Riverside/Moreno Valley). We were all down since we probably would have had nothing else to do around here anyway. Jeff was SO close to arriving here in one piece. Unfortunately, he had a battle against a piece of wood on the freeway and the wood won. He suffered a cracked lip and bumper…but he just saw it as an opportunity to get a new bumper. We ended up chillen and taking some pictures of Nimo’s Accord. All in all, it was a nice, chill day with the homies.

Jeff met us up at the UV in Riverside and we had a quick lunch at Pho Vinamm.

After our tourist adventure in San Francisco, we headed to nearby Pacifica, CA to meet up with Elvis Skender, owner of Stance Nation and his SRT8 Dodge Charger. From there, we cruised for a while, searching for a good location to shoot/film his car. We ended up at a sweet spot by the pier at Half Moon Bay, CA. Shooting was pretty difficult because it was so FREAKEN cold and windy! Minh and I occasionally sat in the car so we didn’t freeze. Shavi beasted it out and filmed the entire time, like a boss. Our Wekfest weekend began on Thursday night. The roadtrip wasn’t too bad, well for me and Minh it wasn’t. We were basically KTFO the whole time, while “Roadtrip Warrior” Shavi chauffeured us all the way there to NorCal. The following day I hit up Andy @Fatlace, and told us to slide thru the Fatlace Paddock and he gladly showed us around. We got to see all the cool stuff going around the shop/warehouse. We also got to meet a lot of the Fatlace Crew members who were very nice and welcoming. We kicked it there for awhile, took some pictures of the nice shop cars and they even fed us some awesome BBQ! Thanks to the Fatlace crew for the hospitality!

It has been awhile since some of us have seen each other and been able to hangout. So, we decided to go to our old familiar hang out spots to just hang out like the good old days. This familiar place is called “The Lair.” Why? Because this is the place we would always end our night of doing hoodrat stuff together. It is an awesome place to be and the lighting there is quite interesting; always get some memorable shots.
