    Autocon Collaboration 2011

    This year’s Autocon 2011 in Irvine, California was a huge success with over 4,000 attendees, 450 cars, 30 vendors, 15 food trucks, and many models who came out that day. We would like to take the time to thank everyone on the Autocon staff that helped put this event together. Even though, the focal point are these cars at the event, it is mainly about the donations and donated toys that this event was able to accumulate for the less fortune for the holiday season.

    Here is my video coverage of the Canibeat and Royal Origin collaboration. Over 30 cars met up very early in the morning; we were even able to see the very last lunar eclipse of the year at the same time! Then drove down together as a group to roll in and organize at the show. Once again it was good meeting all our old and new friends to enjoy the day together, even if it was a very long day at that. This was an excellent way to end the year, before the show season starts up again in 2012.

    After the Swagadega Nights Volume 1 event this Saturday, everyone still wanted to grab drinks and hang-out after that meet. Eventually that lead them to an awesome spot we like to call The Sauna, because it is so damn hot down there in the underground parking that it makes you sweat.  Nevertheless, here is a video by Rocky Wong of us doing what we do best. Cars. Photography. Friends. Kendama. Video.

    Royal Origin x Canibeat – AutoCon 2011

    Royal Origin and Canibeat are teaming up for Autocon 2011. Saturday, December 10th, 2011 in Irvine, California. Here are some of the cars expected to be there for the team-up.   • Halloween

    Halloween

    Getting into the spirit of Halloween, David, Neel, and myself decided to visit our local pumpkin patch and carve some pumpkins. This is pretty much our first time carving a pumpkin, which turned out easier than we thought. We ended up getting two pumpkins; one small and one large one. We decided to trace Royal Origin onto both by David making some vinyl templates so we can trace and carve in quite precise lettering onto the pumpkins. Nevertheless, here is some photos and video of how we had a blast carving up two pumpkins with friends.

    David scooping out the inside seeds, which were later used to make baked pumpkin seeds. Delicious.

  • Happy Birthday 1013MM

    Happy Birthday 1013MM

    Most people have heard of 1013MM or more like seen their photography work. In actuality, 1013MM is only one man, and that man is our good friend John Zhang. John Zhang produces amazing work in automotive, event, and life style pieces. In celebration of John Zhang’s birthday, he held a well-organized meet on 10-13-2011 that brought out high-quality cars and good times with friends. Check out the photos and video to see the many people that came and John Zhang. Happy birthday again John.

    We were in full force that night, we haven’t met up in a while and it was good to see everyone all together.

  • FD: Slammed Society Irwindale 2011

    It was the final round for Formula D at Irwindale Speedway this past weekend, and everyone was pretty excited to see who would win this season.  I had the opportunity to go this year, not to show the car, but just to hangout and do some media type stuff.  Our friend Alex Yoshioka ended up winning first placed for Slammed Society; congratulations to Yoshi for that victory. We love his BMW. Here is video coverage from Slammed Society that was held for this final round. Hope you all enjoy it and look out for more coverage from Formula D.
