Visited Big Sur on the wrong day. It was so gloomy..

The girls were trying to get turnt before we headed out to eat.

Met up Angelo and Bonnie who were coincidentally in San Francisco at the same time as us. We all decided to go eat at House of Prime Rib.

Pro Tip: If you don’t get full off of the prime rib, you can get another one for free!

After stuffing ourselves with gorgeous meat, we headed over to the Fine Arts Museum for some photos.

When I was testing the flash for a photo of Angelo and Bonnie, some strangers photo bombed us.

If Back Street Boys was gay and Asian.

It’s hard being a model, but it’s not hard to eat some ice cream crepes. We headed to Genki Crepes to cap the night off.

So good.

The next morning we went exploring and all the sites we wanted to see were covered in fog.

So beautiful..

Best view all weekend.

Started the food tour at Mr. Holmes.

While waiting in lines in SF, we eat.

Cup length is the penis size of their boy friends/husbands.

Food porn everywhere. Shout out to the fog for giving me great lighting.

This weekend was filled with photo bombers.

Hello all Royal Origin readers! My name is James Baxter and I’m happy to be coming aboard as one of Royal Origin’s newest bloggers. I am based out of Southern California and like to shoot portraits, automotive, and cityscapes. While those may be my areas of focus I shoot anything that catches my eye really; never leave your camera behind! I have been shooting for a little over a year now and I love it more and more with each passing day. I can’t wait to bring everyone more content for you all to enjoy! In the mean time, I leave with you this, my first trip of the year, San Francisco!

I told myself at the beginning of the year that I was going to travel more in 2015 and I made sure my first spot was going to be in one of my favorite cities, San Francisco.

I did not get wet taking this photo somehow.

On the first day I got to San Francisco it was raining really hard, so at the first sign of day break I went out and started exploring.

After hanging around the Golden Gate Bridge for a while and the surrounding area I decided to cross the bridge to venture into the woods.

Muir Woods Nation Forest is awesome and I recommend it to anyone who’s going to be in San Francisco.

Its about a two hour long hike if you do the whole trial but its totally worth it.

Muir Woods is just such a pretty peaceful pace, definitely a nice escape from the rush of Los Angeles.

On the way back over the bridge I decided to take some more pictures and wait until sundown.

It was getting really foggy the later it got, and thats actually a Cruise Ship going under the bridge.

San Francisco is an awesome city, unfortunately I went right in the middle of a huge storm and didn’t get to walk around much. That being said I’ll definitely be visiting again very soon. But San Francisco is just one of the many stops I’ll be taking this year and I can’t wait to share it all with you and bring you all more photos.

Wekfest x Played Out

Once again we will be making the 400 mile journey from Southern California to Northern California for the traditional Wekfest SF in San Jose, CA on Saturday, July 27th 2013. This year we are official vendors at the event and will be having even more cars on display. So, please come check out the Royal Origin area as well as our other friends at Wekfest SJ. We will be making it rain with goodies to all the attendees, so don’t miss out.

And for everyone not making the journey to Wekfest SJ, come check out Played Out by Rotiform and the Players from United Kingdom. This is the second annual Played Out in Sunset Beach, CA on Saturday, July 27th. We will also have a few cars there showing support.

So mark your calendars and make time for either event. You will not be disappointed.

Half Moon Bay

After our tourist adventure in San Francisco, we headed to nearby Pacifica, CA to meet up with Elvis Skender, owner of Stance Nation and his SRT8 Dodge Charger. From there, we cruised for a while, searching for a good location to shoot/film his car. We ended up at a sweet spot by the pier at Half Moon Bay, CA. Shooting was pretty difficult because it was so FREAKEN cold and windy! Minh and I occasionally sat in the car so we didn’t freeze. Shavi beasted it out and filmed the entire time, like a boss. Check out the footage below.

Visiting the Paddock

Our Wekfest weekend began on Thursday night. The roadtrip wasn’t too bad, well for me and Minh it wasn’t. We were basically KTFO the whole time, while “Roadtrip Warrior” Shavi chauffeured us all the way there to NorCal. The following day I hit up Andy @Fatlace, and told us to slide thru the Fatlace Paddock and he gladly showed us around. We got to see all the cool stuff going around the shop/warehouse. We also got to meet a lot of the Fatlace Crew members who were very nice and welcoming. We kicked it there for awhile, took some pictures of the nice shop cars and they even fed us some awesome BBQ! Thanks to the Fatlace crew for the hospitality!

Wekfest 2012 – San Francisco

Sunday, February 19th, 2012 was the day of the highly anticipated Wekfest 4 by Weksos Industries. This Northern California Automotive Show did not disappoint one bit. People from all over the country came to the San Francisco Bay for this event. There were just good vibes all around. The amount of spectators at Wekfest was just crazy. We got to catch up with some old pals and we also got to meet a lot of new people! There were just good vibes all around.

A Day in the Bay

The day before Wekfest, we decided to venture around San Francisco city. We journeyed into the city looking for some good food. We also decided to act like tourist and take pictures of everything. Our initial plan was to get some Sushirrito (a sushi burrito) , unfortunately they are closed on the weekends. We were “hella” bummed out.

We ended eating at a random Tri-tip joint, which was pretty good.

See You at WekFest SF 2012!

Royal Origin will be making a trip out to San Francisco for Wekfest this year. We aren’t exactly taking all our cars there, but just enjoying a little trip out of Southern California to visit our brothers and sister of the North, and those coming in from all over the world for this one.

These are some of the places that we will be visiting or at least plan on visiting as we approach our final destination are the following:

1. Fatlace Paddock – San Mateo, CA

2. RWB USA Headquarters – San Mateo, CA

3. Canibeat Pre-Wekfest Meet – Fremont, CA

If you meet any of us, be sure to say “hi”, and ask about our Royal Origin stickers we will be carrying with us, cause you could get some for free. We are pretty excited as for some of us going this will be our first time at the original San Francisco edition Wekfest (even though this is the alternate location now). So, we hope everyone else is as excited as we are.
