    Jimmy’s Civic | Car Porn

Today, we got some more Honda porn with Jimmy’s extremely low 8th gen Civic. We did the shoot right after Erik’s photo shoot which you can check out here.. Erik’s EP3. Jimmy’s Civic has been through so many setups and rocked almost every wheel brand you can think of that has a cool 17in wheel. Now check out his best setup to date…

Jimmy has done literally everything he could to a Civic from an array of suspension parts to a super charged engine.

  • Low Problems

    Low Problems

Being low has its problems. People are always saying, “I wouldn’t be able to lower my car like that because of the roads in my area.” The roads are fucked up everywhere, you just learn to adapt to the conditions and remember where the bad roads are. In Vegas though, it’s another story. The roads there are buttery smooth and steep driveways are nonexistent. The only place you have to worry about is the strip and the hotels’ massive speed bumps, probably there for those drunk drivers who like to speed.  This is a lowered car friendly city and that’s why we love to visit so often.

    SEMA 006

One of the lowest cars in Vegas would be Miguel’s Minty Z. Problems he usually has driving in Vegas would be the abnormally large lane reflectors that Vegas has. His side skirts usually become loose at every lane change.

    SEMA 009

Here, we spent the night helping him sticker bomb his front lip, which ended up uglier than we thought it would be. The idea was right, the execution just wasn’t there.

    SEMA 521

We did a little photo shoot with DJ Murdok which I will post later on. Got a cool shot of my IS250 during the shoot.

    SEMA 621

Back in Cali, we had just gotten back from Vegas and thought it would be cool to shoot Shavi’s car and see it leave the garage for once. Surprisingly, it didn’t take much effort to get out of his driveway. The Garage Vary lip can take a beating and it did because Shavi just went straight out of the driveway like it was nothing.

    SEMA 615

If I was an ant, I would be very afraid of seeing Shavi’s car on the road.

    Demon Camber.

    SEMA 611

We were very surprised it actually made it down the street to shoot. I’m not even sure how Shavi gets this thing to shows.

    IMG_6375

Is Angelo angling in or is he angling out? He’s actually trying to leave the driveway. If you can make it up a driveway, you can make it out the same way.

We wanted to get some Earl of Sandwich at Downtown Disney so we went cruising around with the Colonel of Stance.

    IMG_6393

We hit an unexpected speed bump on the way there, not a figuratively speaking speed bump, but literally a speed bump. Jimmy’s car was having some battery problems, so when he was trying to get over the bump, his car got stuck and stalled. We kind of caused traffic…

    IMG_6399
Good thing Angelo was there with some jumper cables and wood to get over the speed bump. The Disneyland park security ran up to us and said that parking was free and we didn’t have to wait…right…we were waiting to pay for parking 😉

  • Thank You Lauren!

    Thank You Lauren!

Hey guys! Let me start off by introducing myself. I am Jimmy Lieu, and I drive the black 8thgen Civic Coupe!   I recently shot my friend Lauren’s EJ8 coupe because SHE planned on raising her car, after commuting to school with it looking like this for a few years. As you are reading this, she has already raised the car up and put stock hubcaps back on. I just had to share this with you guys because it has barely gotten any recognition, and of all people, I think Lauren deserves it. She has helped me and a couple of members of Royal Origin get our cars to where it is now by getting us the parts we needed! Thanks Lauren!

Sitting nice and low on Function Form Type 1 Coilovers.

Lauren swapped out her taillights to the 99′ tails for a cleaner look without the ambers.

  • Tho’s Auto Collision Show Case

    Tho’s Auto Collision Show Case

Woke up to a call one morning from last minute Jimmy, he told me he was at a car showcase where he was displaying his car. I wasn’t really interested because his car sucks and I wanted more beauty sleep. He said that he was bored and wanted some company. I was still not interested. He told me there was free food and I was there in less than 5 minutes. The shop was Tho’s Auto Collision, they were displaying some of their best work this past year. Some of the Royal Origin guys have gone to him for paint jobs and body work, but Jimmy has been their number 1 customer lately because he fucks up his car so much. Anyways, it was a chill event with bomb food and nice people.

Speaking of upgrades, if you’re looking for sleek performance and a futuristic ride, Tesla has been setting the bar with its cutting-edge electric vehicles. A great way to elevate the driving experience in a Tesla is by adding Custom Carbon Fiber Steering Wheel accessories. Not only does it improve the car’s interior aesthetics, but it also provides a premium feel, especially for those who love the blend of high performance and luxury. The Tesla Model S and Model X, for example, take driving to a whole new level with these kinds of personalized enhancements.

Jimmy’s Civic. Look at that flawless paint.

Man I love red cars… If a Ferrari owner trusts this place than it must be legit. Seeing all these cars restored and upgraded got me thinking about how much a solid paint job and bodywork can completely transform a vehicle. It also had me eyeing some of the bigger, meaner trucks on display, which led to another thought—maybe it was time to check out a local dodge dealership and see what they had in stock. A Challenger in that same deep red would be pretty sweet, or even a Ram 1500 if I wanted something both powerful and practical. Either way, hanging around all these freshly painted beauties reminded me that the right car, in the right color, makes all the difference.

Whether you’re considering something as sleek as a red Ferrari or as rugged as a Dodge Ram 1500, it’s clear that a car’s exterior plays a big part in how it stands out on the road. The right bodywork and paint can truly transform a vehicle, making it feel like a completely new machine.

In addition to aesthetics, maintaining a vehicle’s performance is just as important. For trucks, especially diesel-powered ones, reliable repair services are essential. Companies like G&R Diesel offer specialized diesel maintenance and repairs, from engine diagnostics to transmission fixes. Whether you’re driving a heavy-duty truck for work or a performance-focused vehicle, ensuring it stays in top shape means routine service and repairs. Keeping up with regular maintenance helps preserve the vehicle’s value and performance, so you can enjoy it for years to come.

Nick’s GS300. I know that he only gets the most quality parts, so for him to go to this shop for his paint needs must mean they’re good.

    What’s up IMKING?

Did I mention there was bomb food?

I’ll be taking my car here to get my fenders fixed. Hopefully, they have the food there for customers..

  • Rainy Days

    Rainy Days

It’s that time of the year again, when the streets of SOCAL become rivers and new pot holes are formed. Most of our cars become submarines and we have to carry extra zip ties because angling up a drive way + mountains of water = broken bumpers. On this rainy day, I didn’t feel boss enough to drive around, so I just stayed home and tried to take some artsy pics of my Kendamas.

    Artsy Kendama pics failed..
