The day before Wekfest, we decided to venture around San Francisco city. We journeyed into the city looking for some good food. We also decided to act like tourist and take pictures of everything. Our initial plan was to get some Sushirrito (a sushi burrito) , unfortunately they are closed on the weekends. We were “hella” bummed out.
We ended eating at a random Tri-tip joint, which was pretty good.
It has been awhile since some of us have seen each other and been able to hangout. So, we decided to go to our old familiar hang out spots to just hang out like the good old days. This familiar place is called “The Lair.” Why? Because this is the place we would always end our night of doing hoodrat stuff together. It is an awesome place to be and the lighting there is quite interesting; always get some memorable shots.

So our friend Nimo decided to bring his Accord back from the dead. He decided to debut it on the day of the University of Irvine car show.
The morning started off pretty early. The plan was to meet at Minh’s house around 9:30, but like usual everyone was running late. Even Minh was running late and he lived there!
The show started at 10 o’clock, but we did not mind, because we knew we would be showing up fashionably late. Once I arrived I immediately started shooting.
The first car I shot was Jimmy’s Civic always breaks my neck, especially because of it’s crazy negative camber.
Today was jam packed with stuff to do, Shavi and I had to get some tires dismounted/mounted at 714 tires and then go get some KBBQ with the fam. The guys at 714 tires really hook it up and they do great work with mounting tires on aftermarket wheels. Rotiform trusts them, so we approve.
Enough tire labels to wrap the car if he wanted.

After the Swagadega Nights Volume 1 event this Saturday, everyone still wanted to grab drinks and hang-out after that meet. Eventually that lead them to an awesome spot we like to call The Sauna, because it is so damn hot down there in the underground parking that it makes you sweat. Nevertheless, here is a video by Rocky Wong of us doing what we do best. Cars. Photography. Friends. Kendama. Video.

Herro world! My name is Minh aka NGU ASS. The meaning of NGU means dumb in Vietnamese. My girlfriend Jennifer calls me that all the time and I thought it was funny, so I used it as my photography name even though it’s super unprofessional. I really love the automotive scene and all types of cars. I can appreciate the work that people put into their cars, which is why I love taking pictures of their work. We had a really long distance relationship with this guy for a while and we told him if he doesn’t move down here, we were going to break up with him. We were tired of skype sex.
