Nemo’s Garage | Grand Opening
It’s that time of the year in Southern California, where the blistering heat and car meets align. This weekend took us to the Nemo’s Garage grand opening in Ontario, California. And as you will see they are new, but veterans of experience and knowledge in the automotive realm; big with the Honda platforms.
Thanks.

Wekfest LB 2016 | Video Highlight
Just another Wekfest at Queen Mary in Long Beach, CA, however, this time around this is the last one at this location. Nonetheless, they put together Southern California’s finest automotive builds together once again. Here is a video highlight from some clips Nimo capture, and I decided to quick edit together. Enjoy.

RO in Australia | Mr. Crackles & Harbour
Another day in Sydney, Australia, and Alan from AL Captures from Melbourne, Australia was still in town and was nice enough to take me around. We started out our day at a photo shoot and then drove into the city to check out some good food and a few typical tourist spots.
That is right. That is their Burger King.
Seeing my favorite Pepper Lunch here was a nice surprise, but still wouldn’t eat something I can already get back home.
Alan: Thank you for hanging out with me down there. Truly appreciate the hospitality. Let me know when you are over the big pond.
Finally to the main location, Mr. Crackles. This spot is known for having crispy skinned succulent meats mixed with their dishes.
Slow roasted 5 spiced pork belly with Vietnamese style salad inside a long roll.
Delicious and filling. Not real big on onion rings, but these were really enjoyable for me.
Fully laid out, and slammed on the floor.
I am sure most of us have seen this on television at the 2000 summer Olympics, the Sydney Opera House.
The actual Harbour Bridge and Sydney Opera House all in one view.
Some Southern California love down under.
The city life in Sydney was really impressive. Definitely, one of the most lively and busy cities.
Ended the day in the city with some Golden Gaytime. If I were to go back to Australia, I would definitely love to see more of the country; probably Melbourne area, the coral reefs, or what the real outback is.

Flask Mob LA | January
You can come up with some cool shit with just a tripod and some long exposures. The latest trend on Instagram right now is the late night city photography with a sick emo caption which has always been my favorite thing to shoot. I live in the suburbs where there are no city lights to take photos of and when there are lights at nights it’s usually because of traffic. Luckily for me Flask Mob has monthly meets where they show you around the city and make it so cool shit happens for photo opportunities. I saw last month’s photos and made it a priority for me to go to the next meet up.
There was already a large crowd of people when we got there. Amazing to see so many photographers and people who love to capture cool shit come together.
People already started staging out some cool shots.
Flask Mob was like Halloween all over again, but a lot more acceptable to take photos of people.
There was also this dude who was a professional fire breather. First time seeing something like this and it had me in shock and awe.
I wish I had a better angle for a cool shot.
He was like a Charmander all night.
Holy crap.
He who dances with fire.
This guy is epic.
Next to him was a dude that spun burnt wool and it makes this cool effect.
Right when all the cool shit was about to happen, the fun police came and through the down the biggest “TFTI” on us and proceeded to kick us out.
Good thing no one invited them because they would’ve known we were just going to move anyways.
Straight thug.
This guy is a bad ass. Right when he got on the bridge he gunned it and got chased after the police.
Hayle really confused on where we’re going.
It got a little rowdy.
Look at all of these people!
Some low lows. Check out that rim tuck.
Fire wool spinning on the bridge.
These ladies lit some sparklers to guide us.
I think I want to pick up this hobby.
This is so down.
We were slapping these new HOODRATstuff stickers wherever we went.
The guide.
The DJ.
It was a fucking party.
Not amused.
Smoke bombs is another thing on my list to buy.
Our friends eventually caught up to us.
But them being here won’t stop this party.
Even Van Styles was present.
LAPD eventually blocked us in and didn’t let anyone pass.
It still didn’t stop the FLASK MOB.
Wildest rager ever.
Seriously, no rules at this party. It was like we were at a photography competition where everyone was fighting to get a good photo.
She would win.
Insert poetic caption or alternative rock song.
Be the light at the end of a tunnel.
Eventually LAPD let us out four people at a time. This shit took fucking forever. We thought this was David Vu’s old car.
LA is a crazy place. It was a fun experience thank you Flask Mob for the good times. I know how tough it is to throw events, so I hope you guys keep at it!

Street Faction Welded Nights
Some of you may know, when working on cars there’s always a bump in the road to complete your project. Those bumps in the roads usually lead to customizing and cutting things that you didn’t expect. Thankfully we have someone like Matt from Street Faction to help us out. He’s an upcoming fabricator and welder that builds pretty sick drift cars and stylish bash bars that replaces your stock crash bar.
Where the magic happens.
A lot of swag points are accumulated when you can weld as nice as Matt.
Matt checking out John’s coil over to see what needs to be done.
Welding and pipe fun.
The necessities to make some cool bash bars.
Some Banksys inspiration for when you’re welding.
Coilovers which will probably be fully customized too.
Feliz Navidad, buy a bash bar from Street Faction for your loved ones.

Matt getting to work on John’s coilovers.
Cutting half of the coil over mount for extra low.
The things we do to go low.
That’s a whole lot missing from the shock mount now.
All in the prep work.
Matt looks more excited to weld than hanging out with Thao.
John observing the welding process, even though all you see is a bright light.
The light.
Finished product.
************************************BONUS ROUND************************************
Here are some photos I took for Matt’s Speed Hunters feature of his current project.
Everything is connected somehow.
That side roll cage and his doors and fenders come off fast for quick access or just to make the car look gangster.
I am definitely bringing my SC here to get a bash bar made.
Dem Cosmis Racing in black chrome…
Matt used a piston to hold his steering column. Genius!
Dual brake calipers!
Make sure you check out his feature on Speed Hunters here…
