Tokyo Night Meet | Event Coverage

We decided that after TAS, we would go check out Joey’s meet in Akihabara. We had nothing to do and decided to hang out in Akihabara until the meet started.

Seeing otaku cars like this in Akihabara was very common.

Me and Abbitt decided to get some Ikinari steak and damn it was such a good choice.

Aged beef never sounded so good.

We started to see cars coming from the wood work headed to the meeting spot.

Wanted to test out the bokeh on the 55MM and damn the bokeh looks so good.

Abbitt got some mini Pablo cheesecakes and they were so good!

Cars were stuck outside the parking structure because they closed it down.

Surprisingly at 7:00PM there were already cars parked inside the structure.

I wish this NSX was outside and I caught it rolling in.

Joey decided to move the meet to another spot, but it ended up being shut down too because of the police. We didn’t have a car to go to the next spot, so we decided to go get trashed.

We went drinking with Yuya, Vinh’s new drinking buddy and we met up with Jason, Sparkle and our new friend Monica. Monica was travelling by herself and just randomly went up to us and asked if we spoke English and now we’re BFFs.

Tokyo Fresh Meet 2017 | Event Coverage

There were only two floors of cars, so we went outside to see why there wasn’t anymore cars coming in.

The police ended up shutting down the meet early and didn’t let anyone enter the parking garage. Japan loves to not make money…

Hang With The Locals | RO Exploe

Being able to go to Japan as many times as I have has been such a blessing. Shout out to my wife Julia for letting me go and taking care of things at home for me. Going to Japan is such a normal occurrence for me that I know how to get around Tokyo without Google maps now and I’m not afraid of not having internet.

This is the photo that everyone takes to prove that they travel.

First things first, we went to Tsukiji fish market to try eat some fresh raw fish. Even though this is a photo of strawberries.

Grilled scallops and uni! Delicious.

Fresh fish for sale everywhere.

Me and Kevin got a maguro bowl for lunch and it was so good!

So simple, yet so good.

We also stopped by Odaiba mall for some yakisoba noodles. Watching Kevin use chop sticks was funny until he started using it better than me.

I realized I paid for noodles, cabbage, bean sprouts and an egg.

This mall has some levels to this shit.

What most people come here for..

This might be the last time I see the life size Gundam since it’s going to be moved this year.

We met up with Ryo and the creator of the “lowcool” phrase Shingo.

Shingo drives a lowcool Legacy that you might have seen me post about on a previous trip to Japan.

Ryo was driving a customer’s IS that was rocking the Lexon wide body and on Work wheels.

Thanks for dinner Shingo! You are so lowcool.

Robros Customs GTR | Car Feature

The Robros GTR got some love today because Dax wanted to do a photo shoot of it. So, Jason had to brush off the dust off the GTR because it has been neglected for a while.

The RO bros have been busy with work, so the GTR hasn’t been getting any loving. Usually it’s always clean.

Jason the mechanic, the detailer, the vinyl wrapper, the air installer, the painter and more. He’s the man behind the build of this GTR.

Jason was so detailed with this wash that it end up taking 3 hours.

I have this dream on the regular, where I go to school and I always miss one class period. Through out the day, I have the feeling that I know I missed going to one class and I won’t be able to graduate. It’s a really weird dream. Well this post should reflect why I have those dreams. This blog post is a post I made in 2015 and never edited it. Let’s catch all the throw backs in these photos.

Road Trip to SF | RO Explore

After stuffing ourselves with gorgeous meat, we headed over to the Fine Arts Museum for some photos.

When I was testing the flash for a photo of Angelo and Bonnie, some strangers photo bombed us.

It’s hard being a model, but it’s not hard to eat some ice cream crepes. We headed to Genki Crepes to cap the night off.

So good.

The next morning we went exploring and all the sites we wanted to see were covered in fog.

So beautiful..

Started the food tour at Mr. Holmes.

While waiting in lines in SF, we eat.
