Southern Worthersee Part Three | Event Coverage

By  |

This was our last morning of Southern Worthersee, after all of the crazy events that happened the nights before we were ready to grab some lunch and head home. The group decided to go back to North Georgia’s BBQ for the last time because it might be the last SOWO in Helen because of all the craziness that goes on during that weekend. So, who knows when we will ever be coming back to Helen?

On the way to lunch, we spotted the slammed E46 in the exact same parking spot as we saw it the days before.

Some Mazda Fitment for Shavi.

This murdered out time attack themed EVO looked bad ass.

Parked right next to it was an equally cool Cayman with some widened fenders.

Loving the red and gold combo on this E24.

Spotted the wide E46 cruising towards the show area.

We had some time to spare before our flight home, so we decided to explore the city of Atlanta.

DSC05434

This would be nice.

DSC05441

The opening scene of The Walking Dead. Right after this shot, it began to rain cats and dogs in Atlanta. Luckily, we weren’t too far from our cars and made it before it damaged our camera equipment. We still had a couple of hours to kill, so we decided to hit up the Georgia Aquarium, rated one of the top five aquariums in the world and also one of the places to visit on my bucket list.

DSC05452

Gotta go through the small fishes before we hit up the big ones.

DSC05453

The colors in the fish tanks were amazing.

DSC05454

So vivid.. It must be an amazing world to be a fish, sucks that these guys are stuck in a tank.

DSC05457

Ceilings filled with fish.

DSC05459

He looks like he hates his job.

DSC05465

Oh my favorite animal back in high school, the sea otter. It was my favorite animal until I saw photos of a sea otter raping a baby seal to death. Do not look that up.

Which one of ya’ll is Happy Feet?

DSC05489

I always picture penguins having deep voices.

I wish they played some Little Mermaid songs as we went through this tunnel.

Shavi in awe. I named this look Shawevi.

DSC05507

So srs.

DSC05509

DSC05511

One of the top ten biggest fish tanks in the world.

If you are a certified diver, you can jump into this large tank and swim with sharks. The fish are well fed and only eat when they’re hungry, so it’s perfectly safe.

It’s wonderful to know that there are so many things still to see in the world, kinda gives you a reason to live.

DSC05546

I think this was a simulator on how fish see waves underwater.

DSC05551

Right next to the aquarium was the Coca Cola museum. We didn’t have time to adventure over there, but the buildings were cool.

This trip has been nothing short of amazing. My first trip somewhere on the east coast and it exceeded all my expectations. Sad to hear though that SOWO will be relocating the venue since they’ve out grown the small city of Helen. Either way I will be making our way east again when that time comes! Hope you enjoyed my coverage of Southern Worthersee and make sure you shop.royal-origin.com!
